Take a Look at the All-New 2019 Toyota Avalon | Steve Landers Auto Group

Toyota’s most luxurious full size sedan is back, and it’s coming in hot with premium upgrades and a flawless design. Of course, we’re talking about the all-new redesigned 2019 Toyota Avalon. Arriving in late spring 2018, the all-new Avalon is prepared to make a statement wherever you go. It offers a dynamic driving experience packaged in an unforgettable design. If you want to know what’s new for the 2019 Avalon, you’re in the right place — we’ll fill you in with everything you need to know below!

Exterior Styling

The 2019 Toyota Avalon rolled back onto the scene with a fresh design that’s sure to grab your attention. The styling is more sleek and angular, making the car more aerodynamic than ever before. The new model is also slightly longer, wider and lower than the previous one. With four trims to choose from, you can decide whether you want your Avalon to appear more sporty or more high-end. Some trims features a black mesh grille and headlights with a dark border, while the more luxury-focused trims will come with silver headlight surrounds and a gray grille with a chrome border. You can opt for newly available LED headlights that further enhance the Avalon’s modern design, too. In the rear, the car has new sequential turn signals and quad exhaust tips.

Interior Comfort

When you take a seat inside the redesigned Toyota Avalon, it’s all about comfort. The sedan seats five passengers with more than enough space for everyone in both rows. The cabin is comfortable and inviting with premium soft-touch materials. You have your choice of aluminum, leather or wood trim. The Touring model comes with aluminum trim and Ultrasuede material that adds to its modern appeal, while the Limited model offers real wood trim and unique, quilted stitching details for that extra touch of style. In the center console, you’ll find a wireless charger for your devices, three USB ports, and a 12-volt power outlet. Even your passengers get to enjoy the benefits of USB ports, with two extra ones in the rear seat. A huge new upgrade for this Avalon is the addition of Apple CarPlay, which will make the 2019 Avalon the first Toyota to offer the feature.

Performance & Capability

When it comes to performance and capability, the 2019 Toyota Avalon is seeing a significant upgrade. The 2019 Avalon has a new 3.5-liter V6 engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission. It is expected to put out around 300 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. Because of the wider stance and lower center of gravity in the 2019 Avalon, handling will be much improved over the current model. The car will feature an active variable suspension with active damping, front and rear G sensors and independent wheel control. All trims will feature Eco, Normal and Sport modes.

The 2019 Toyota Avalon will come chock full of safety and security features, so you can count on the sedan to keep you and your passengers protected. In addition to the standard rearview camera, all trims will come standard with Toyota’s Safety Sense, which includes features such as forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane departure warning and automatic high beams. There’s a host of available safety features too, including rear cross traffic alert, blind spot monitoring, a panoramic view monitor and reverse automatic emergency braking. Needless to say, the 2019 Avalon has your back.
