Meet the 2020 Corvette Stingray

The Corvette is back and badder than ever. Chevrolet announced the new 2020 Corvette Stingray last week at a press conference in Tustin, CA. Although Corvette enthusiasts have been pleased with front-engine Corvettes, they’ve long whispered rumors of a mid-engine Corvette. Chevrolet claims that the 2020 Corvette handles better and faster than any other Corvette, making the first-ever-mid-engine Corvette one for the record books.

A mid-engine layout provides the 2020 Corvette with a 0-60 mph time under three seconds when equipped with the Z51 Performance Package. Enjoy better responsiveness and control of the Stingray thanks to seats that sit just above the front wheels on the front axle. Experience a racecar-like view of the road due to a lowered hood and steering wheel, perfect for seeing everything on the road in front of you.

The 2020 Corvette Stingray’s design has been meticulously revised to ensure the launch of the mid-engine 'Vette is a big one. Hatch doors remain hidden until necessary, completely maintaining the sculpted exterior design. Large air side intakes will keep your engine cool and add to the aerodynamic performance of the Corvette. A large rear engine cover with a glass window lets you sneak a peek at the engine and keeps it cool with seven performance-ready air vents. Four exhaust vents let you know that the 2020 Corvette is packing a lot of performance behind the sleek, aerodynamic shell.

Make a statement in the 2020 Corvette Stingray with 12 available color options. Choose from Torch Red, Arctic White, Black, Blade Silver Metallic, Shadow Gray, Ceramic Matrix Gray, Long Beach Red, Elkhart Lake Blue and Sebring Orange, plus three all-new color options exclusive to the 2020 Stingray: Rapid Blue, Zeus Bronze and Accelerate Yellow.

Spice up everyday life behind the wheel of the 2020 Corvette Stingray. The entry model will start under $60,000, making this supercar a reasonable purchase for any enthusiast. We couldn’t be more excited for the 2020 Stingray to make its way to our Chevrolet dealers. Want to stay informed on 2020 Corvette news?
